CareSTL Health seeks a Marketing Coordinator to assist with developing and implementing an annual marketing plan designed to attract new patients and retain existing customers by reaching a broad base of diverse patients. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Director of Marketing and Communications to maximize the visibility of the health center's services as well as provide graphic and printed materials for promotional use and special events.

 Duties:

  • Manage daily activity and postings on all social media sites including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, YouTube and Linked In. Assess effectiveness of each medium.
  • Manage website design, updates and ensure adherence to brand standards.
  • Attend Marketing events.
  • Assist with implementing an annual marketing strategic plan.
  • Facilitating creation and assisting with the distribution of newsletters, brochures, media kits and any health center printed material. Ensure all printed materials meet brand standards.
  • Assist with the implementation of the Care customer service plan
  • Developing and distributing CareSTL Health's PR calendars that track brand success metrics
  • Assisting with drafting CEO communications to media, donors and funders
  • Perform all other job duties as assigned.
  • Participates as assigned on organization teams.
  • Performs general support activities and carries out special projects as required.

 

 A Successful Candidate:

  • Excellent writing and editing skills high quality, prolific, attention to details and meets deadlines.
  • Flexible and the ability to work cooperatively with others to achieve shared goals, show diplomacy when there are conflicting opinions.
  • Skilled in use of computers including: MS Word, Publisher and PowerPoint
  • Must have good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.

 Qualifications:

  • Education:  Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
  • Experience: A minimum 3-5 years of direct experience and documented success in content development, design skills, and media relations required. Specifically, experience with managing website content and social media platforms e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat.
  • Other:  Must have reliable transportation.
